Mak is a Manager based in YCP Solidiance’s Thailand office. At YCP, he has project management experience in M&A advisory in sell-side financial advisory for a Japanese consumer product brand and commercial due diligence for a Thailand-based automotive parts manufacturer and India-based plant manufacturer. In the past, he has also worked on PMI support for a private equity fund that invested in automotive parts manufacturers, M&A strategy formulation for an Asia-regional food manufacturer, as well as market entry diagnosis on non-performing loan purchase in Malaysia and the lubricant market in Australia.

Alex is a Manager based in YCP Solidiance’s Thailand office. At YCP, he has project management experience in buy-side financial advisory for the acquisition of a Singapore-based restaurant chain, a Malaysian non-bank financial institution, an Indonesian multi-finance company, an Indonesian SaaS company, and a Vietnamese marketing IT startup. He also has experience working on the financial valuation of a Malaysian fintech firm and a Malaysia based non-performing loan portfolio; as well as the financial valuation and negotiation strategy of a Vietnam-based automotive parts manufacturer.
