The client is a global technology firm specialized in networking, security, collaboration, and IoT hardware and software solutions.
Issue
The client was looking for a way to engage ISVs and SMEs in ASEAN to develop new solutions based on their architecture. The objective was to increase the number of customers in the SME sector in ASEAN and push their software solutions in the market.
Approach
A Senior Partner, a Director, and a consultant were assigned in this project. The team managed to conduct interviews with all relevant stakeholders and provided recommendations for program implementation.
Engagement ROI
This project has resulted in a structured curriculum for a co-innovation (co-creation) program. Our team has managed to secure internal buy-in for the program, secure resources, and onboard participants.
