Mikinao Ikarashi

Mikinao is a partner for M&A advisory based in Japan. Prior to joining YCP in 2026, he worked at Frontier Management from 2014-2025, where he engaged in deal advisory as a Managing Director in Japan and the Head of EMEA Section in France for the last 4 years. Before joining Frontier, he worked at EY and Daiwa's M&A advisory teams. Throughout his career, he supported his clients to originate and close cross-border and domestic deals in various sectors.
