Varun is our Partner based in India. He has 14 years of management consulting experience and has built deep focus in aviation, infrastructure , Real estate, Public sector and consumer. He has also worked on sectors such as sports, agriculture and telecom. Varun has been supporting clients on growth strategy, planning and execution, large marquee M&A transactions and bids, fund raising, due diligence and new business incubation. He has supported clients end-to-end from developing strategy to realizing value. Earlier Varun has worked in telecom and media group of Capgemini Consulting.
