Nobuiku Nyudo is Managing Partner based in Tokyo, and serves as Co-CEO of Management Services Division and Japan Regional Manager. He is an expert in merger and acquisition (M&A) strategy planning, structuring, financial advisory, due diligence, and post-merger integration. Prior to joining YCP Holdings as Managing Patner in 2017, Nyudo-san worked at Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ) where he was involved with investment activities mainly in the technology sector, and at Investment Banking Division of UBS in Japan as well as Toyota Motor Corporation.
